Chennai: Wednesday, December 30, 2009: India's only ATP World Tour Tennis Tournament, Aircel Chennai Open 2010 brings a unique chance for the aspiring youngsters of India to hone their tennis skills with international tennis icons. Aircel Play the Pros is a distinctive opportunity for kids, to play and learn tips from their favorite tennis stars at specially designed mini tennis courts at Boy's Corporation School ground in Nungambakkam, Chennai.

To be conducted on January 3rd, 2010, the event has been designed to motivate kids to become future tennis champions. Aircel Play the Pros has invited 3,000 kids from 100 schools & tennis academies based in Tamil Nadu. That's not all; the event will give the kids a chance to get their favorite players' autographs and also get pictures taken with the tennis stars.

'Play the Pros' event at the Aircel Chennai Open is a well established forum in the sports-recreation calendar of many young kids of Tamil Nadu where they sweat it out with their favorite tennis stars.

Talking about the initiative, Mr. Gurdeep Singh, COO, Aircel, said, "As 6-8 star players will be interacting with the kids, we will ensure that the forum is engaging and eventful for kids. Apart from the presence of star tennis players, Aircel will offer customized games and Aircel products to create a carnival ambience at the event, leaving a long lasting impression for the young enthusiasts."
